We have optimized our challenge process to provide the most insight into your abilities possible in the least amount of time.

Talent at Fullstack work directly with our clients, most of whom are located in the United States. Because of that we require all talent to be fluent in English.
Proactive work-style
We believe that people do their best work when it’s work they want to do. FullStack talent has the independence to take the lead on their projects.
Full-Time (40h/week) commitment
We provide out clients access to talent that is available to them on a full-time basis. This helps ensure that you don’t get overbooked.
Work within 4 hours of with USA time zones
As long as you can commit to working with four hours of workday overlap your client, then you have the flexibility to set when you work.

Yes, nearly all of our team members, including designers, developers, Project Managers, and QA interface directly with clients via Zoom and Slack, often several times per day. This is a great opportunity for FullStack team members to build relationships with software professionals at some of the leading companies in the United States. Most of your daily interactions will be with our clients.
